Anysetter sends and answers WhatsApp messages through Meta's Cloud API. For that it needs four values from your company's Meta account. This guide shows where each one is, with a video for every step.

Which describes your number?
Pick one. Each leads to a guide that takes you from the first step to the last.
I'm setting up a new numberThe number does not send through Meta's Cloud API yet. You create a business portfolio and an app at Meta, add the number, then create a token and copy the app secret. The number already sends through Meta's Cloud APIThere is already a Meta app for it. You look up its two IDs, then create a token and copy the app secret.
What Anysetter needs
Four values, all from Meta. Two are plain identifiers; two unlock the account and are treated like passwords.
- Phone number IDNot secret
- The id of the WhatsApp number in your Meta app. Not the phone number itself.
- Messaging account IDNot secret
- The id of your WhatsApp Business account. Meta shows it as Messaging account ID next to the number, and as WhatsApp Business Account ID elsewhere.
- Access tokenSecret
- A permanent token of a system user in your business portfolio. Anysetter sends with it.
- App secretSecret
- The secret of your Meta app. Anysetter uses it to check that incoming messages really come from Meta.
